Job summary

TfL is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer for their Networks & Hosting team to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure technologies across network, hosting, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Monitor service health, availability, performance, and capacity.
• Resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, manage problems, and support change activities.
• Execute lifecycle management and technology refresh activities.
• Contribute to implementation and enhancement of infrastructure solutions.
• Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and service improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and identify permanent solutions.
• Support vulnerability remediation and maintain a secure infrastructure.
• Maintain service resilience and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Work closely with IT architects, vendors, and internal technology teams.
• Contribute ideas for automation and process improvement.
• Share technical knowledge and support colleagues.
