Qualifications
- Significant experience in a senior infrastructure role in a complex environment
- Expertise in Windows and Linux servers, networking, storage, and virtualisation
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Understanding of security and compliance
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- ITIL 4 Foundation
Responsibilities
- Mentor and support the infrastructure team
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms
- Uphold infrastructure standards, security, and best practices
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot systems and networks
- Deliver infrastructure projects aligned with business needs
- Manage virtualisation and cloud environments using Azure, AWS, and VMware
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Evaluate technologies and manage vendor relationships
- Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance
