Job summary

The IT Manager / Systems & Infrastructure Lead is responsible for managing the internal IT infrastructure, user support, and cloud operations. This hands-on role requires strong technical judgment and the ability to independently solve problems while ensuring the security and reliability of the technology environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on IT experience
• Proven ability to work independently
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience managing network infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Windows workstations
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Ability to document systems and processes clearly
• Experience with scripting or automation
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure
• Provide hands-on Helpdesk and end-user support
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Manage Google Cloud Platform infrastructure
• Support endpoint management
• Maintain backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Assist with DevOps-related responsibilities
• Work with software development teams
• Identify and resolve technical issues independently
• Improve IT processes and security standards
• Manage IT vendors and licensing
