Qualifications
- Experience in an IT helpdesk or support role
- Genuine enthusiasm for a career in IT and a desire to learn
- Evidence of providing first line or technical support is advantageous
- Personal projects or certifications demonstrating technical curiosity
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding process for new starters, including equipment setup and routine system maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets
- Provide face-to-face and remote technical support for Windows, macOS, and Linux devices
- Approach technical problems methodically, finding effective solutions independently
- Troubleshoot basic network issues and support infrastructure projects
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Support the Head of IT and Data Security across various projects
- Deliver basic Linux support as part of operations
