Job summary

The IT Systems Administrator is tasked with administering, optimizing, and supporting the organization's business technology platforms, acting as the primary on-site resource for technical assistance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, customizing applications, and collaborating with the DevOps team to implement effective technology solutions, particularly with platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zendesk, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• college diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience in IT or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in systems administration or SaaS platform support
• practical experience with Microsoft 365 and other specified platforms
• experience in application configuration and customization
• strong understanding of system interdependencies
• ability to troubleshoot and learn new technologies
