Job summary

Manages internal IT systems and employee technology support for a primarily macOS environment, including device provisioning, help desk requests, office networks, SaaS licenses, and identity access. The role also partners with Engineering and DevOps on endpoint security and SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness, using tools such as Jamf, Intune, Azure, Google Workspace, and Jira.

• At least 3 years of IT generalist experience, ideally in a cloud-first or SaaS startup environment
• Experience managing macOS and Windows devices with Jamf and Intune
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and Azure AD single sign-on
• Working knowledge of Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls
• Experience supporting cybersecurity programs, including endpoint protection, access controls, or phishing defense
• Familiarity with Jira or other IT ticketing systems and Mac and PC troubleshooting
• Strong organizational and communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and develop IT processes
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or Bash is a plus
• Relevant CompTIA or Microsoft certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage Mac and Windows devices and user onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, printers, and conference room technology
• Administer SaaS licenses, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Salesforce
• Manage user accounts, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and identity policies
• Coordinate endpoint protection and security policies with Engineering and DevOps
• Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness
• Coordinate with IT vendors, internet service providers, and software providers
• Create IT policies, user guides, and knowledge base articles
• Provide employee technical support and troubleshoot productivity tools
