Job summary
Maintains and improves the organization’s global IT environment across cloud infrastructure, Linux and Windows systems, networking, cybersecurity, business applications, integrations, and employee support. The role includes operating AWS services, Docker-based applications, backups and disaster recovery, security controls, and business systems such as NetSuite and Google Workspace, while progressively taking ownership of infrastructure projects and long-term IT operations.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure operations, cloud engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong practical experience administering and troubleshooting Linux and Windows systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, and related technologies.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, secure system administration, and data protection.
- Experience with scripting, automation, Docker, or deployment workflows.
- Experience supporting business applications, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience with Linux based email infrastructure including Postfix, Cyrus IMAP, SMTP, and related protocols.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and improve our AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux and Windows systems, networking, and related services.
- Manage software installations, server updates, system configurations, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Support Docker-based applications, deployment workflows, and infrastructure automation.
- Support the business systems that power our operations, including eCommerce, ERP, CRM, CMS, and associated databases.
- Maintain and enhance backend services, APIs, scripts, and automation tools.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices, including patch management, system hardening, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable technical assistance to employees throughout the organization.
- Take increasing responsibility for managing infrastructure, resolving complex issues, and leading technical projects.
