Job summary

As an IT-Systems and Infrastructure Engineer at bike-components, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support, administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, and the continuous development of the internal IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• completed IT education
• practical experience in 1st and 2nd level support
• proficient in Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• skilled in client administration
• solid understanding of networks, servers, monitoring, backup, and security
• basic knowledge of Entra ID and Azure
• experience in automation

Responsibilities

• provide 1st and 2nd level support for employees
• analyze and prioritize incidents
• administer and develop the M365 environment
• support onboarding and offboarding
• maintain internal IT infrastructure
