Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology support or infrastructure management
• Experience leading SRE or production engineering transformations
• Strong engineering background in automation and reliability solutions
• Fluency in Python
• Knowledge of SLOs, error budgets, and incident management
• Experience with telemetry collection
• Experience delivering automation at scale
• Proven leadership skills in influencing and coaching

Responsibilities

• Define the SRE vision and multi-year roadmap for the Production Management team
• Establish the SRE operating model across global regions
• Partner with Production Support leads to embed SRE practices
• Build and develop a high-impact core SRE team
• Implement standards for service cataloging and error budgets
• Drive service reviews with evidence-based reporting
• Champion AI adoption and deliver AI-enabled capabilities
• Set direction for observability across logs, metrics, and traces
