SoftwareOne is seeking a Junior Cloud Engineer to join their Infrastructure department, focusing on Google Cloud Platform.
Qualifications
- Experience designing, executing, and supporting cloud IT solutions
- Skills in CI/CD tools and team collaboration environments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on workload migrations to Google Cloud Platform from on-premise or other clouds
- Participate in all stages of migration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance
- Implement new projects and solutions using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tools
- Establish and maintain observability solutions, integrating logging, monitoring, and tracing
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems and data in GCP
- Pursue continuous training and certifications in GCP services and components
