(Junior) Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / Solace Broker Specialist (m/w/d)

Job summary

Responsible for global lifecycle management of the Solace Broker landscape, customer support for onboarding asynchronous interfaces, and community management within the Solace community. Provides architecture consulting, drives automation initiatives, and acts as an expert in messaging protocols.

Qualifications

• Completed IT training (FiSi/FiAe) or IT degree with several years of experience in the enterprise environment
• Fluent in German (C1 level) and English for international coordination
• High self-motivation, willingness to take responsibility, and participate in on-call duty
• Strong Kubernetes basics (containerization and operation of applications) with deep experience in Linux, Docker, and Podman
• Solid understanding of modern Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and practical experience with Ansible
• Practical knowledge in the Kubernetes ecosystem, ideally with tools like Traefik and ArgoCD (GitOps)
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and IT security (TLS, certificates) for managing the global event mesh
