Job summary
Provides customer service and infrastructure support by resolving service desk escalations at the first- and second-line levels, escalating complex issues to third-line support when needed. Works within a small second-line team to support the estate and monitor live incidents, using Windows 10–11, SCSM, SCCM, SCOM, Microsoft Office 2016–Office 365, and VMware desktop and server solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience in a role at a similar level, including service desk, second-line support, and break-fix work.
- Experience as a second-line engineer.
- Experience building, configuring, and securing end-user devices.
- Knowledge of Windows 10–11, SCSM, SCCM, SCOM, Microsoft Office 2016–Office 365, and VMware desktop and server solutions.
- Must be willing and eligible to undergo security clearance.
Responsibilities
