Junior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain server infrastructure for critical business systems
• Assist with Infrastructure team tickets and resolve issues
• Support the Microsoft estate, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange
• Assist with Intune package deployment and maintenance
• Investigate and resolve tickets escalated from the Desktop team
• Monitor system alerts and escalate issues
• Support software rollouts, server maintenance, and routine infrastructure activities
• Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions
• Assist with disaster recovery testing and documentation
