Job summary
SmartSearch is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and improvement of its internal and platform infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Technology Stack
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with backup technologies like Veeam
- Interest in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Knowledge of infrastructure security and monitoring
Responsibilities
- Support internal IT infrastructure and business systems
- Troubleshoot Windows-based environments
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- Assist with networking administration
- Support backup, monitoring, and system checks
- Resolve escalated technical issues
- Update tickets accurately and timely
- Follow security policies and procedures
- Contribute to documentation and suggest improvements
- Learn from senior engineers
