Qualifications
- Basic understanding of On Prem IT Infrastructure
- Experience with Windows Servers, VMware, or similar virtualization
- Passionate about a career in Infrastructure and IT systems management
Responsibilities
- Assist the infrastructure team with incidents, requests, changes, and problems
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability
- Administer Windows systems for high availability and performance
- Support server environments, including patching for Windows, VMware, and Citrix
- Maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing
