The Junior Infrastructure Engineer role is essential for maintaining and optimizing high-performance, low-latency infrastructure in a trading environment. Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years' relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Interest in computer hardware and networking from a young age
• Desire to understand how systems work and contribute to company success
• Enjoyment of collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Support, tune, and optimize RHEL systems running on bare-metal hardware and hypervisors for low-latency, high-performance execution
• Maintain highly available routing and multicast environments using BGP, OSPF, PIM, and IGMP
• Design and implement security controls and disaster recovery procedures for mission-critical financial infrastructure
• Lead maintenance windows and operational upgrades, coordinating across internal teams and external exchanges and colocation providers under time-sensitive conditions
• Improve configuration management, observability, and operational tooling
