Job summary

The Cloud Engineer (SRE) role is essential for enhancing the reliability of digital products within the DevSecOps Studio, leveraging AI-augmented engineering practices. Responsibilities include optimizing Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, and maintaining observability stacks like ELK and Grafana, while also focusing on cloud cost optimization and resilience through chaos engineering.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering
• At least 2 to 3 years in high-traffic production environments
• Strong command of AWS (API Gateway, CloudFront, ECS, EKS, ALB)
• Advanced Terraform and production Kubernetes skills
• Familiarity with ELK and Grafana observability stack
• Effective use of AI-SDLC tools

Responsibilities

• Optimize Cloud infrastructure
• Administer and maintain production Kubernetes clusters
• Define and track SLOs and error budgets for critical services
• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure with Terraform and Packer
• Automate workflows via CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Maintain and improve observability stack (ELK, Grafana, APM, distributed tracing)
• Implement chaos engineering practices
• Define and track SLOs specific to AI services
