Job summary
Kering is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to join their Data & AI team, responsible for designing, operating, and evolving the Group's Data & AI platform.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in Cloud and Data environments
- Strong expertise in modern data architectures and Platform Engineering principles
- Excellent proficiency in SQL and Python
- Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL data storage technologies
- Mastery of automation and Infrastructure as Code practices
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve core components and services of the Data Platform
- Drive adoption and evolution of engineering best practices
- Participate in architecture decisions
- Embed governance-by-design principles
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence
- Collaborate closely with the Data Platform Product Owner
