Qualifications
- Degree in IT and fluent in German and English
- Enjoy working with clients and communicating
- Experience in building and operating Kubernetes platforms and familiarity with self-service concepts for development teams
- Daily use of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD/Flux) and actively drive automation
- Proficient in observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki
- DevOps knowledge in Bash/Shell and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Very good German and English skills and occasional travel willingness
Responsibilities
- Advise clients and develop their technological and commercial capabilities, including support for pre-sales activities
- Enhance Kubernetes platforms and design new Kubernetes features for self-service functions
- Develop and optimize automation with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
- Manage cloud infrastructures and implement modern cloud-native strategies
- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the development cycle
- Take on the role of team lead or develop towards this direction
