Job summary
The Kubernetes Platform Engineer manages and improves platforms across on-premises and public cloud environments, supporting financial infrastructure such as payment systems, interbank clearing, and stock exchange services. The role covers platform operations and troubleshooting, automation, security, connectivity, and observability, using Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, Ansible Automation Platform, and Infrastructure as Code practices.

Qualifications
- Completed IT apprenticeship, vocational training, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies in public or private cloud environments.
- Experience in Kubernetes platform engineering, operations, or related infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Grafana, Prometheus, and Elastic.
- Fluent English; German or Spanish is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Kubernetes platforms, focusing on automation, security, connectivity, and observability.
- Operate and support Kubernetes environments, handle customer requests, and troubleshoot on call.
- Contribute Kubernetes and cloud-native expertise to company-wide projects.
- Drive platform automation using Ansible Automation Platform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Share knowledge and promote best practices to improve platform capabilities.
