Responsibilities

• Develop the platform strategically with the team, contributing ideas for architecture, standards, and automation.
• Design, build, and operate Kubernetes clusters in private cloud and cloud environments.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and the entire lifecycle of the platform with Infrastructure as Code.
• Continuously develop central platform components like networking, ingress, storage, or policy engines.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues across the entire stack from workloads to networks, scheduling, or storage.
• Integrate security from the start and continuously enhance it through hardening, policies, and zero-trust principles.
• Develop reusable solutions, document them clearly, and create guardrails instead of individual special solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to identify where AI can effectively support platform operations and automation.
