Job summary
Seeking an L2 OpenStack/Kubernetes-Container Ops Engineer for operational support of OpenStack and Kubernetes platforms, focusing on maintaining cloud services and ensuring platform stability.
Qualifications
- German language proficiency at minimum B2 level is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support OpenStack and Kubernetes/container platforms in production.
- Perform day-2 operational activities: incident resolution, service requests, health checks, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot container runtime, platform, and infrastructure issues.
- Execute operational changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and service health.
- Maintain operational documentation and service records.
- Collaborate with Linux and baremetal infrastructure teams for platform stability.
- Escalate complex issues to specialist engineering teams.
