Develops and scales AI-powered applications and process automation for an e-commerce organization, working with teams and leadership to shape AI strategy and technology choices. Responsibilities include prioritizing use cases, integrating AI through APIs with systems such as SCAYLE, PIM, ERP, and CDP platforms, and bringing prototypes into reliable production with monitoring and quality and cost controls. The role also establishes practical AI security and governance guidelines and enables business teams to adopt AI.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated measurable experience introducing AI across teams in an e-commerce organization and automating processes.
- Experience shaping AI strategy and technology choices.
- Practical experience with generative AI, AI tools, and AI-powered application development.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Ability to build prototypes quickly while maintaining focus on operational reliability and documentation.
- Awareness of security, data privacy, and cost-benefit considerations.
- Interest in working with key users and enabling colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases with teams.
- Develop AI applications for content, customer service, and internal workflows.
- Integrate AI applications with existing systems through APIs.
- Move prototypes into reliable, maintainable production.
- Establish deployment and operational practices for monitoring, quality, and costs.
- Advise business teams on integrating AI into their work.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and explain them clearly.
- Promote successful solutions and practices across teams.
