Job summary
Lead the design and development of the enterprise AI platform, managing a team of AI Engineers and collaborating with various teams to ensure a secure and scalable AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise software platforms
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Strong software engineering skills using Python
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, microservices, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud platforms
- Experience building and operating AI/ML platforms
- Strong understanding of platform engineering principles and automation
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of the enterprise AI platform
- Manage and mentor a team of AI Engineers
- Define the technical roadmap for AI platform capabilities
- Build and maintain shared AI services
- Establish enterprise standards for MLOps and LLMOps
- Design cloud-native AI infrastructure
- Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, performance, and cost optimization
- Partner with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to productionize AI solutions
- Collaborate with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams
- Drive platform reliability through monitoring and incident management
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate new capabilities
- Promote software engineering best practices
