Job summary

The Lead Applied AI Site Reliability Engineer II ensures the reliability, performance, and operational integrity of high-visibility products and platforms. This role involves driving accountability for service-level objectives, maintaining operational integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish production standards while utilizing cloud platform engineering and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering and site reliability engineering experience
• 3+ years in site reliability or production engineering for large-scale systems
• 3+ years in cloud-native engineering and cloud platform ownership
• 1+ year establishing reliability and operational standards
• Experience operating AI/ML and agentic workloads in production
• Experience with load and performance testing under simulated production traffic
• Software engineering experience with Business Context Diagrams
• Experience using methodologies & tools such as XP, Lean, DevSecOps, SRE
