Lead Automation & IA — Python / LangChain / Kubernetes

Job summary

The role involves designing and deploying POCs around autonomous agents and LLMs applied to IT infrastructure data.

Qualifications

• Expert level in Python
• Familiarity with Bash and Go
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and AI agent development
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD
• Familiarity with Cloud & IaC: AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation
• Configuration automation with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• System integration: API, services, databases
• Security practices: DevSecOps, SonarQube, Snyk, Aqua Security, RGPD
• Strong Linux/Unix and networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, VPN)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), JIRA

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Kubernetes/Docker experimentation environments with CI/CD integration
• Automate data collection and preprocessing for LLM-based agents
• Develop and integrate deployment pipelines for AI agents with data scientists
• Implement scripts and tools in Python, Bash, Go for infrastructure automation and monitoring
• Ensure security of developments and deployments in regulated environments
• Produce technical documentation for POCs and industrialization specifications
• Monitor agent architectures, LLMs, and infrastructure automation
