CreateFuture is seeking a Lead Cloud Architect to assess migration states, own target architecture, and drive delivery.

Qualifications
- Experience with AWS data platform: S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Redshift, EKS
- Experience in lakehouse architecture and migration delivery at scale
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly betting and gaming
- Ability to operate in politically complex, fractured team environments
- Strong communicator able to deliver difficult messages to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Conduct current state assessment of architecture, data flows, and technical debt
- Identify and articulate technical and organisational blockers
- Define and own the target architecture through to delivery
- Act as the senior technical voice throughout the engagement
- Bridge domain knowledge and AWS skills gap within the client team
- Challenge existing approaches and build confidence in the path forward
