Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid experience in complex AWS production environments.
• Expertise in Cloud and Infrastructure architecture.
• Hands-on experience with FinOps / Cloud Cost Optimization.
• Ability to translate cost analysis into measurable technical actions.
• Mastery of compute, storage, network, scalability, performance, and resilience issues.
• Experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure as Code, Developer Experience, observability, or building internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing AWS architecture and usage.
• Identify and implement key Cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Prioritize actions based on impact, complexity, and expected gains.
• Optimize sizing and utilization of AWS resources.
• Address scalability, performance, compute, storage, and caching issues.
• Analyze and optimize network-related infrastructure issues.
• Map and document the existing environment.
• Contribute to better management of infrastructure components and resources.
• Reduce friction points between Infrastructure and development teams.
• Participate in the gradual evolution towards a Platform Engineering approach.
• Measure results and build next iterations of improvement.
