Lead Cloud DevSecOps Engineer - Kubernetes (m/w/d)

Job summary

Responsible for developing and operating highly automated Kubernetes-based infrastructures and deployment processes, ensuring compliance with security standards, and collaborating within an agile DevOps team to create innovative private cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• IT-related degree or comparable qualification with approximately 6 years of professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably on-premise
• Deep experience with Linux systems
• Knowledge of building, using, and operating CI/CD pipelines for automation in cloud environments
• Experience with network fundamentals
• Application of GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches in scaling distributed systems, including network design, high availability, redundancy, failover mechanisms, and load balancing
• Knowledge of Cloud-Native tool sets for code versioning, secrets management, data security, and compliance
• Proficient in IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management
• Optional knowledge in programming with Golang
