Lead Cloud Engineer

Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer responsible for maintaining and developing cloud infrastructure to ensure stability, scale, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience deploying SaaS products across major cloud providers.
• 4+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with configuration management and IAC tools.
• Database management skills.
• Understanding of the cloud-native landscape.
• Experience with *nix systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Identify solutions to complex issues and enhance system scalability.
• Deploy, automate, maintain, and improve backend infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve continuous integration infrastructure and services.
• Assist development teams with continuous integration pipeline and tools.
• Review code/work and share best practices within the team.
• Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the cloud engineering team.
• Align cloud strategy with business objectives.
• Architect highly available and scalable cloud environments.
• Automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
