Job summary
The Lead Cloud Platform Engineer at the UK Government's Department for Science, Innovation & Technology will design, build, and operate a cloud platform for AI product delivery. This hands-on technical leadership role requires expertise in cloud platforms, architecture, security, and AI systems.
Qualifications
- experience building and operating cloud platforms in production
- understanding of platform architecture
- experience applying AI internally
- experience embedding security into delivery workflows
- experience supporting AI or ML systems in production
- proficiency in software development
- track record of defining reusable patterns
- strong ownership and judgement
