• Create documentation for infrastructure and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies in platform engineering.
• Encourage diversity and promote business objectives.
• Lead decision-making throughout the product life cycle.
• Act as a DevOps champion for specific deliverables.
• Empower team members for success.
