Responsibilities

• Define and manage a transformation plan for DevOps teams
• Governance facilitation
• Support technical, methodological, and human projects
• Track performance indicators
• Evolve, configure, and administer the API Management platform
• Develop Apigee configurations (Proxy, API Product, etc.)
• Support API design for business units
• Conduct technology watch and implement new Apigee features
• Conduct user training and presentation sessions
• Ensure proper service usage by users
• Participate in activity planning
• Provide user assistance and support
