Job summary

This lead DevOps role supports production engineering and the management of development platforms, including IDEs with AI and agentic capabilities. It involves administering and deploying platforms, providing Level 3 support and user training, improving platform integrations, and introducing updates while following a production framework. The work may use Agile and DevOps practices and draws on Kubernetes, cloud architecture, Ansible, Python, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, OpenShift, and Illumio.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ansible Tower
• Experience with Python
• Knowledge of GitLab and GitLab CI/CD
• Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud architectures
• Knowledge of Illumio microsegmentation

Responsibilities

• Administer and deploy platforms in accordance with the production framework
• Provide Level 3 support
• Present platforms and train users
• Assess platform improvements, including DevOps toolchain integration and group IAM solutions
• Monitor technology developments and implement new versions and features
• Verify that users follow appropriate service usage practices
