Shape the Future of Financial Compliance At INFORM's Risk & Fraud Division, we develop and operate a SaaS solution that helps organizations across Europe meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements through reliable and efficient Customer Watchlist Screening. As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our product. Working in a cross-functional product team, you'll drive architectural decisions, improve platform reliability, and help build scalable cloud-native services that deliver real value to our customers. What you can move with us: Take technical ownership of our Customer Watchlist Screening platform and actively shape its future development. Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native services - contributing hands-on across the full stack where needed. Ensure stable operations, high availability, and strong observability across our platform. Drive continuous improvements in deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and platform efficiency at scale. Collaborate closely with Product Management and System Architecture to drive the development of new features and services. Guide and mentor fellow engineers, fostering engineering excellence and knowledge sharing within the team. Work with platform, cloud, and authentication teams to leverage shared services and build on a scalable infrastructure. What you bring along: Proven DevOps Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering, building and operating scalable, production-grade SaaS systems. Fullstack Engineering Mindset: Strong experience across the full development lifecycle - from backend services to cloud infrastructure, with the ability to contribute hands-on where needed. Technical Leadership: Ability to take ownership of architecture decisions, service design, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization in a team context. Cloud-Native & Platform Thinking: Deep understanding of modern cloud-native architectures, containerization, and operating distributed systems in production. Technical Leadership: Ability to take ownership of architecture decisions, service design, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization in a team context. Hands-on Mentality: Comfortable switching between development, infrastructure, and operations topics. Agile Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional product teams with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. Communication & Ownership: Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively drive technical topics with Product, Architecture, and Platform teams.
