Job summary
Operate a reliable, highly available cloud-native platform orchestrating microservices for a modernized operational system on AWS and Kubernetes. The work includes developing infrastructure as code with Python, Ansible, and Terraform; maintaining RHEL compliance; tuning Kubernetes, Docker Compose, NiFi, and logging tools; managing GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD; and supporting AWS infrastructure and an on-call rotation.

Qualifications
- At least 9 years of relevant experience with a related bachelor's degree, or at least 7 years with a master's degree
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Python, Ansible, and Terraform
- Experience patching and hardening RHEL
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker Compose
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD
- AWS administration experience
- Availability for an on-call rotation
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Residence within commuting distance of the work location
Responsibilities
- Develop infrastructure as code using Python, Ansible, and Terraform
- Patch, harden, and maintain RHEL compliance
- Install and tune Kubernetes, Docker Compose, NiFi, and logging tools
- Manage CI/CD using GitLab runners and Argo CD
- Manage AWS infrastructure
- Support an on-call rotation
