The Lead DevOps Engineer role focuses on supporting low-latency trading infrastructure and business-critical financial systems across cloud and on-prem environments. Qualifications

• Hands-on technical lead experience
• Agile delivery experience including planning and delivery tracking
• Experience using Jira or similar tools
• Strong communication skills
• Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting
• Scripting/programming in Python or Bash
• CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins or GitLab
• Containerization and artifact publishing
• Understanding of networking and traffic flow
• Experience supporting low-latency, high-availability platforms
• Monitoring and observability experience with tools like Splunk
• Cross-functional collaboration with various teams
• Hands-on AWS and hybrid cloud experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and highly available trading infrastructure
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and guidance to engineers
• Build and improve automated CI/CD pipelines for Java and Python applications
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, configuration, and operational workflows
• Support production systems with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery
• Containerize applications and support deployments using container orchestration platforms
• Partner with development teams to improve deployment and operational readiness
• Use infrastructure as code and configuration management tools
• Troubleshoot complex deployment and infrastructure issues
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools for development and operational workflows
• Identify and implement AI-enabled operational capabilities
• Contribute to the strategy for AI adoption in infrastructure and DevOps
• Lead Agile delivery practices and collaborate with global teams
