Job summary
The Lead DevOps Engineer shapes cloud platform strategy and leads the design of secure, scalable, resilient infrastructure for data and AI initiatives. The role improves software delivery and platform reliability through Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, testing, and operational improvements, using AWS, Azure, or GCP and tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.

Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering initiatives, cloud transformations, or complex infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern cloud architecture principles.
- Advanced experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of SDLC, DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD automation.
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or data analytics platforms is a bonus.
- Experience leading DevSecOps, platform engineering, or technical modernization initiatives is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure for data and AI initiatives.
- Automate software delivery and infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code.
- Build and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines to improve release reliability and delivery speed.
- Improve platform reliability and performance through monitoring, testing, and operational improvements.
- Promote DevOps practices and collaboration across engineering teams.
