Job summary
The Lead DevOps Engineer designs and delivers cloud infrastructure and deployment practices for client and internal digital services, helping teams build scalable, high-performance applications. The role spans CI/CD, containers, monitoring, cloud networking, high availability, disaster recovery, and serverless deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP, alongside technical architecture, client engagement, team mentoring, and consulting contributions.

Qualifications
- 8 or more years of DevOps experience
- Expertise in architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of development processes and team delivery practices
- Strong client communication and consulting skills
Responsibilities
- Build and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Implement microservices and container platforms
- Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Create and automate cloud virtual machines
- Implement cloud infrastructure and networking, including storage, firewalls, and network configuration
- Deliver cloud high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions
- Deploy serverless functions
- Establish development processes, methods, and patterns across teams
- Engage regularly with clients on architecture and project delivery
- Coach and mentor team members
- Contribute to bids and proposals, including client presentations
- Support account management
