Job summary
Ser*** is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive infrastructure automation and CI/CD maturity while mentoring the engineering team.
Qualifications
- An active DoW Secret clearance required at time of hire
- Prior experience supporting AFMS or other DoD M&S programs is strongly desired
- Deep hands-on production experience with Terraform
- Hands-on production experience with AWS ECS
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker
- Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical mentor for DevOps and platform engineers
- Establish and lead internal knowledge-sharing practices
- Set technical standards and best practices for infrastructure code
- Design, build, and maintain modular, reusable Terraform code
- Architect and operate containerized workloads on AWS ECS
- Design, build, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams
