Qualifications
- Fluent English for daily collaboration with international teams.
- Strong mastery of CI/CD practices, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and automation.
- Significant experience with Cloud environments and distributed platforms.
- Expertise in observability, monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and production environment management.
- Good understanding of application security and deployment security.
- Excellent knowledge of software lifecycle and associated operational risks.
- Ability to balance technical standardization and product needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive DevOps strategy for Sportsbook Back-End.
- Ensure robustness and efficiency of CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and evolve build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Automate recurring tasks to improve service quality.
- Enhance system observability with monitoring and alerting.
- Support major incident management and platform stability.
- Optimize rollback, traceability, and release security processes.
- Manage DevOps roadmap and coordinate with Engineering teams.
- Disseminate DevOps, Cloud, and Run best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to DevOps engineers.
- Reduce friction between build, test, release, and run.
