• Experience with Wiz for Cloud Native Application Protection.
• Understanding of Cloudflare.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Ability to design Kafka-based data streaming architectures.
• Expertise in IAM solutions.
• Experience with Kong APIM.
• Monitoring and observability skills.
• Leadership in CI/CD pipeline management using Harness.
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault.
• Understanding of application security best practices.
• Ability to translate architectural blueprints into designs.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML5, SAS, and iOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of all release types through automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate with Global Platform testers for post-deployment validation.
• Support Operations and Technical Release Manager.
• Manage and prioritise Kanban workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination of development and change activities.
• Champion continuous improvement by analysing release outcomes.
• Communicate release status and risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate regression testing of changes to Global Business Platforms.
• Act as liaison to Operations and Technical Release Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing and coordination processes.
• Provide technical leadership for operational management of Global Business Platforms.
• Oversee incident management and escalation processes.
• Produce and analyse reports on platform availability and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of regional issues.
• Coordinate post-incident reviews.
• Analyse incident data to identify root causes.
• Lead identification and management of risks.
• Support compliance and audit activities.
