Job summary
LAB3 is seeking a Lead Engineer- Cloud & DevOps to lead and support clients on the Microsoft Azure Platform, focusing on service improvement and modernization.

Responsibilities
- lead and oversee ongoing support to clients
- influence governance and documentation
- mentor a high-performing team
- lead technical client engagements
- design and implement technical patterns on Azure
- identify growth opportunities within clients
- communicate discoveries to Senior Management
- partner with Project Leaders for project delivery
- support pre-sales teams with documentation
- setup proof-of-concept prototypes
- run workshops and cloud adoption activities
- participate in hiring and interview processes
- provide technical leadership to engineers
