Job summary

Leads managed services engineering for Microsoft Azure, delivering client architecture, strategy, support, and modernization across cloud and DevOps environments. The role oversees technical designs, governance, automation, proof-of-concept solutions, cloud adoption workshops, and service improvement, while advising stakeholders and mentoring engineers. Relevant technologies include Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, Bicep, AKS, Azure Policy, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Azure networking and identity services.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements for Azure architecture design and strategy.
• Assess business requirements and design scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing Azure solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide subject matter expertise.
• Identify client growth opportunities and recommend value-creation initiatives.
• Present findings to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Advise project leaders on technical scheduling, estimates, and delivery.
• Support presales documentation, requirements, and solution direction.
• Develop proof-of-concept prototypes to assess and demonstrate solutions.
• Prepare client insights, cost estimates, workshops, presentations, and reports.
• Lead cloud adoption workshops and activities.
• Mentor engineers and support onboarding, development plans, and best practices.
• Improve managed services through modernization, governance, process improvement, documentation, and automation.
