Job summary

A DevOps Engineer on an Agile team builds healthcare applications and strengthens their security throughout the software development lifecycle. The role covers application security, vulnerability and software supply chain management, secure CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration with development teams to remediate vulnerabilities. It uses AI tools and platforms such as SonarQube, GitHub Advanced Security, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GCP Cloud Build.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, application security, secure software engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevSecOps principles, security controls, and application security best practices
• Engineering degree (BE, ME, BTech, MTech, B.Sc., or M.Sc.)
• Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable

Responsibilities

• Build healthcare applications and implement new features on an Agile team
• Apply application security practices, including SAST, SCA, DAST, dependency analysis, and secure coding
• Use AI technologies and code assistants for security analysis, vulnerability remediation, and developer productivity
• Develop and implement secure CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Partner with application development teams to remediate vulnerabilities and implement security controls
