Job summary
Own the enterprise Disaster Recovery strategy and framework, conduct Business Impact Analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or business continuity, with 3–4 years in enterprise Disaster Recovery
- Hands-on experience defining and validating RTOs/RPOs
- Proven track record in planning and executing Disaster Recovery exercises
- Solid understanding of backup and recovery technologies in on-premises and cloud environments
- Knowledge of DORA, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001, including audit preparation
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise Disaster Recovery strategy, framework, and governance
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and define RTOs/RPOs with business stakeholders
- Plan and execute Disaster Recovery exercises, including failover/failback testing
- Ensure backup, replication, and recovery solutions meet regulatory requirements
- Maintain Disaster Recovery documentation and recovery runbooks
- Manage third-party vendors for backup and Disaster Recovery services
- Define and report Disaster Recovery KPIs to senior management
