Job summary
Arc*** seeks a Lead Engineer for the Developer Experience team to enhance the productivity of software engineers by improving development processes and tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or developer tooling
- Proven track record of ownership of developer-facing systems
- Advanced ability in at least one programming language
- Experience with AI/LLM-based developer tools
- Ability to balance delivery with correctness
Responsibilities
- Design and build systems for incorporating GenAI into software development
- Engineer and maintain the SDLC toolchain and CI/CD infrastructure
- Build capabilities for feature flagging and automated rollouts
- Advance the Observability stack for operational problem-solving
- Drive process improvements and define metrics for developer productivity
