The Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Gravita is responsible for defining and delivering the company's technology infrastructure, cloud architecture, and cyber security platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with M365/Azure/Security Tooling and IT Infrastructure
• Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture
• Experience deploying Microsoft security tools
• Strong identity and access management experience
• Successful delivery of infrastructure and cloud projects

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure and cloud roadmaps across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and related technologies
• Drive modernization and improve resilience, security, and efficiency
• Provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365 and Azure services
• Define architecture, configuration, and best practices for secure technology platforms
• Set up core configurations across cloud infrastructure and end-user computing
• Own security capabilities across Microsoft Defender and related tools
• Oversee security operations to improve monitoring and incident response
• Drive cyber risk reduction and continuous improvement of security controls
• Lead during major incidents and support security compliance
• Own enterprise identity architecture and access management
• Lead configuration of data protection and governance tools
• Ensure AI platforms operate securely with appropriate controls
• Lead technical due diligence and integration for acquisitions
• Provide leadership and mentoring across infrastructure and security teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational needs
• Communicate technical risks and recommendations to leadership
• Maintain documentation and hand over configurations for support
