Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering
• Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering, IoT, and edge computing
• Deep knowledge of network infrastructure and IoT device connectivity
• Expertise in hardware, networking, databases, and automation
• Ability to lead architecture decisions and influence platform standards
• Understanding of workplace infrastructure design and usability
• Ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations and ensure compliance
• Proficiency in infrastructure technology and scripting languages
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and migration across clouds
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with distributed systems and telemetry
• Knowledge of incident and change management processes
• Understanding of data-driven decision making and metrics

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and execution of infrastructure engineering initiatives in IoT and edge computing
• Own technical direction for IoT/edge domains and contribute to roadmaps
• Drive multiple workstreams and coordinate dependencies across teams
• Partner with platforms to modernize technology processes and improve reliability
• Provide hands-on engineering leadership for design, development, and troubleshooting
