Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day incident and problem management for major-impact network and data infrastructure issues
• Serve as a senior technical subject matter expert across two or more core network technology domains
• Manage technical bridge calls, coordinate with engineering and platform teams
• Act as the primary interface for customers and stakeholders on operational issues
• Coach and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Contribute to team leadership responsibilities including workload coordination
• Plan, track, and manage technology infrastructure utilization
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
• Communicate complex technical findings clearly and concisely
